This scene was captured on a cold July day in Aspen, Colorado. By the time I made my way to the lake at the top of the ridge it was snowing. Yep, snowing in July, that's Colorado for you. This stream doesn't seem to have a name but since this day it has become a spot I stop at to photograph every time I pass by. Nothing yet has beat this shot. The way the sky and the water seem to be as one is an example of what I love so much about observing the art of nature.
These pieces are stunning museum quality works of art that produce vibrant colors and extreme detail to produce a 3D like effect. I refer to it as the 4K look. Every image in this series are the best of my best. This means the highest quality images pertaining to sharpness and clarity. I inspect all my images with extreme detail and only the best of the best make the cut for this collection.
