Canyonland Howl (Limited to 35)

This image is a composite of two subjects I photographed in Canyonlands National Park located in the desert of Southern Utah. This was a cold and marvelous day and the excitement from my first time seeing snow in the park kept me going all day long. I spend the night in my van the night before surviving the first cold snap of 2020. Upon waking at 4am I was greeted by 8 degree weather. I turned on the heater, crawled back in the sleeping bag for a bit and headed out for a full day in the park. This image was one of the last of the day taken just after the sunset had completely finished. I had been chasing the shots of the moon for a good 20 minutes before I came upon this composition. I felt the moon needed to be placed with this image to sum up what the evening was for me. I thought it was a nice touch to create a more interesting image and express the excitement I was feeling that evening photographing these two subjects separately. I hope you agree.

THE DETAILS

1/4" Anti Scratch, Anti- Reflection Trulife Acrylic is bonded over the high-gloss print which is back bonded with 6mm Komatex backing protecting it from water and damage- your print is sandwich between the two elements. A 1.3" or 3.5" (Depending on the dimensions of your print) wooden back floating frame is attached to piece for wall mounting. This floating frame gives the appearance of your piece floating off the wall. This is a modern and elegant way to display art that is becoming the go to way to display photographic works. These pieces offer a 125 year life span. 

Each image will be digitally numbered and signed. You will receive a laminated Certificate of Authenticity (mailed separately) which you can adhere to the rear of the piece or keep where you see fit.
